Skate 2 Made Official

In what seems to be an afterthought in its announcement of 'Skate It' for Wii and DS, EA has officially announced the development of Skate 2 for Xbox 360 and PS3. Found at the bottom of a press release and consisting of no more than a single sentence, the announcement gave no details beyond the systems that it is being made for. Thanks to past analyst presentations, we've known of 'Skate 2's existence, but this comes as the first public statement regarding its development.
